Francesca has worked locally in this industry for over 18 years. She became a Director at Simeous in 2020. She is qualified as both a Chartered Legal Executive and more recently as a Licensed Conveyancer.

She prides herself on her efficient working techniques which help achieve even the tightest of timeframes for all of her clients as her testimonials will attest to.

Francesca specialises in high value transactions all across the country and her motto is quality over quantity.

In her spare time Francesca enjoys spending time with her two young children, socialising with friends and travelling. She has recently started playing netball again for a local team which satisfies her competitiveness whilst trying to improve her fitness!
