Lisa joined Simeous at the very start in 2015 and deals with all post completion matters such as Stamp Duty returns and submitting the applications for registration at the Land Registry.

This was no mean feat during the Stamp Duty holiday/Covid pandemic where there was a record number of transactions being completed.

Lisa brings to work a calm demeanour and manages to keep on top of the many post completion tasks she has to manage on a daily basis.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, socialising and sampling the local hostelries offerings!
