Tom has been working in this industry locally for over 20 years. He became a Director at Simeous in 2016.

In that time, he has built up an extremely good working relationship with local lawyers, estate agents and financial advisors.

Tom prides himself on his rapid turnaround times and achieving even the most unachievable timescales for exchange and completion deadlines.

In his spare time Tom enjoys spending time with his two young children who keep him on his toes, cooking up feasts for family and friends and socialising with friends and following his favourite football team Coventry.
